Training, mentoring, and a hands-on learning environment will prepare you to run a branch and build a strong team. Responsibilities include serving customers and partners, mastering operations, and developing relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales) or military service or collegiate student athlete or student leadership role.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (one may fall off within 12 months).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Training program and learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the program, you will learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team, with mentoring and structured career growth.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. • Held a student leadership role in a university organization




• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at‑fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).


• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
