Responsibilities

In our Management Training program, you’ll start learning our business from day one based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program is structured to prepare you to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships essential for your success. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first and fostering a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 1 year of experience or involvement within the last 5 years in sales (including commission sales, retail, hospitality, etc.) or related activities such as military, athletics, or academic organizations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than 2 at-fault accidents or violations in the past 3 years; violations must be cleared within 12 months).
  • No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (past 5 years).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
