Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community and build relationships essential to growing your business. We will teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, critical to our growth and your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience or involvement within the last 5 years in sales (e.g., retail, hospitality, serving, etc.) or in military, athletics, or academic organizations if no sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; no more than 2 at-fault accidents or violations in the past 3 years, with at least one falling off within 12 months of employment.
• No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
