Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Daphne, AL. You will start day one learning the business, serving customers and partners, and gaining the skills to run a branch and grow a team.

The program provides mentorship, training, and opportunities to advance within a promotion‑oriented culture, with a targeted first‑year compensation of $50,000 and a 47‑hour work week expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or related roles
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (specific driving standards apply)
• No alcohol or drug related conviction in last 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage front‑line operations
• In the structured program, develop knowledge to run your own branch, grow the business and mentor a team

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years:
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualifiedfrom consideration.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
