Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Anniston, AL. You’ll start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and become the face of Enterprise to customers while developing operations expertise.

With mentoring, structured training, and a clear path to leadership, you’ll gain experience in sales, customer service, and local market growth, preparing you for future advancement within the Enterprise network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or related roles
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
