Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Muscle Shoals, AL is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and gaining hands-on operations experience.

The program provides mentoring, training, and a culture of promotion from within, with a path to leadership as you master sales, customer service, finance, and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or related fields
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scene operational expert
• Gain hands-on experience to run a future branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scene operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
