Job summary

Enterprise’s Sales Management Internship offers college students real-world business and leadership experience. You’ll work 20–25 hours per week while graduating Spring 2027 and gain exposure to fleet management, customer care, and marketing.

This paid internship is based in Northern Delaware offices, including Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Bear, or Middletown. From day one you’ll be treated like a member of the team, with mentoring, challenging projects, and opportunities to learn alongside

Qualifications

Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2027.
Must be able to start Jan 4, 2027 and work through Mar 26, 2027.
Must attend mandatory training on Jan 4 & Jan 7, 2027.
Must have at least 3 months experience in customer service/leadership/sports leadership.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must work at least 20 hours/week for 12 weeks.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
Must live in Northern Delaware for duration of internship.

Responsibilities

Join the Sales Management Internship and develop skills in fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies.
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
