Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Mattoon, IL. This paid, part-time role lets university students gain hands-on business and leadership experience from day one.

You'll work in a team environment, rotate through development tracks, and learn to manage fleets, serve customers, and craft marketing strategies while building professional relationships. January 2027 start for 10-11 weeks, 25 hours/week, with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with a January 5, 2027 start.
• Able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Rotational internship across management disciplines.
• Develop skills in fleet management and customer service.
• Assist in marketing strategy development and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly performance incentives.
