Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship at the Sioux City, IA office. The program is paid, part-time, and designed to build leadership and business skills for university students. You will work in a team-based environment with peers supporting your learning and growth.

The role requires a senior graduating in Spring 2027, 6 months of sales/leadership experience, a valid driver's license, US work authorization, and a 10–11 week commitment starting January 2027 with 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with start date around January 5, 2027.
• Available to work 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and may compete with peers; may receive performance incentives and referrals.
