Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a motivated university student for its Management Internship in Des Moines. This paid, part-time program helps you build real-world leadership and business skills from day one.

As an intern, you’ll work on projects across sales and operations, support customer relationships, and learn how to manage a fleet and craft marketing strategies. Ideal candidates are seniors graduating Spring 2027 with some sales or leadership experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be a senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start during January 5th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week

Responsibilities

• From day one as a paid, part-time intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.
• Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals.
• You'll be in a team-based environment and peers will support learning and growth.
• You’ll develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During the internship, you’ll work on intern projects and may engage in friendly competition with peers.
