Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Intern in Iowa City, IA. This paid, part-time role offers hands-on learning across fleet management, customer care, and marketing.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on real projects, gaining leadership experience and marketable skills during an 10–11 week program starting in January 2027. You’ll collaborate with peers in a team environment, with opportunities for incentives and referrals while you learn to balance responsibilities and time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Spring 2027 (enrollment required).
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 10–11 week commitment starting January 2027.
• Able to work 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of managing a fleet and customer care.
• Develop marketing strategies and build customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competitions.
• Possible performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
