Job summary

Enterprise is looking for a Management Intern in Sioux City, IA. The paid, part-time internship runs for 10–11 weeks with a January 2027 start. Interns will learn to run a fleet, work with customers, and develop leadership and marketing skills.

You will be part of a team-based environment, with peers learning alongside you and potential performance incentives. This role begins at our Sioux City office and supports early career development for Spring 2027 graduates.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with a start during January 5, 2027.
• Able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
