The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining a well-merchandised lot while simultaneously supporting the Sales Department in providing a world-class experience for guests.
Job Duties
- Provide a world-class experience for your customer, colleagues, and employees.

- Relentlessly strive to improve a well-merchandised lot.
- Park vehicles in appropriate areas, in a fashion that delivers the aesthetic that Avondale Toyota is endeavoring to exude (I.E. straight rows, no gaps, alternating colors, etc.).
- Responsible for vehicle and lot cleanliness (no plastic/stickers left in/on vehicles; no trash or debris on the ground; trash cans emptied and wiped daily, delivery bay swept).
- Assist Sales Manager in parking test drive vehicles.
- Catalogue and store all keys in the Key Track System, delete when the vehicle is sold, and maintain a clean and organized key shelf. Assist in locating keys for Sales Managers and GSM's.
- Move trucks on the ramps in the front lot.
- Park rollbacks/demos with appropriate disclosures (Buyers Guide, Monroney, etc.).
- Merchandise vehicles onto the showroom as instructed by management.
- Conduct dealer trades and check incoming/outgoing units for damage or missing equipment.
- Assist Sales Managers with offsite deliveries.
- Gas and deliver new and used sold units to wash, as well as dirty stock units that need to be cleaned.
- Opening and closing duties include:
- Unlock used cars in the morning, ensuring all are locked at close of business.
- Unlock every facility door/gate in the morning.
- Lock every facility door/gate at close of business.
- Move test drives and trade-ins from customer parking.
- Replenish any gaps in new and used car lots.
- Other duties as assigned.
