The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Logistics Coordinator to help guide customers through their moving process. You’ll primarily handle inbound calls and emails, converting leads into scheduled moves while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, from sales to logistics, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain diverse skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Customer Support:

• Engage with inbound leads via phone and email, converting them into booked moves.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers.
• Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
• Provide tailored recommendations and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Logistics & Coordination:

• Assign the right Undergrads to confirmed moves.
• Address and resolve customer or mover inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction at every step.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1+ year in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools is a plus.

Strong Communicator: You have excellent listening skills and can explain solutions clearly.

Organized & Adaptable: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: We thrive on collaboration and problem-solving.

What You Can Expect:

Flexible Schedule: Work anywhere from 10-35 hours per week, including some weekends if desired.

Remote-Friendly: Work from wherever you’re most productive.

Competitive Pay: Base rate of $15/hour, plus commission—earn $16-$20/hour on average.

Paid Training: We’ll get you up to speed with our processes in about 10 working days.
