Responsibilities include handling customer orders, updating records, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with warehouse communications and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of office administration, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route messages.
• Update vendor files, customer profiles, and order logs.
• Process bank deposits and enter PO invoices.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate deliveries and notify sales staff when orders are prepared.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse communication.
