Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, coordination, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in both an office/front desk and warehouse environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with computers, email, and basic office software
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Event, production, rental, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and schedules
• Schedule incoming and outgoing deliveries, pickups, and shipments
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, event teams, and warehouse personnel
• Help coordinate the movement of event equipment and materials
• Track schedules and make adjustments as priorities change
• Communicate schedule changes or delays to the appropriate teams
• Assist with organizing and tracking inventory and warehouse materials
• Help coordinate the preparation and movement of equipment for events
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with receiving and shipping activities as needed
• Help ensure materials are stored and organized properly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support warehouse leadership and team members with daily operational needs
