Job summary

Horizontal Vertical Properties is seeking a Sales & Leasing Officer to assist owners in promoting properties for sale or rent and to advise buyers or tenants.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and strong communication, MS Office, and digital marketing skills. You will target monthly sales goals while representing the company at events and ensuring confidentiality of listings.

Responsibilities

• Assist owners to promote properties for sale or rent and advise buyers or tenants.
• Generate property lists matching buyers' needs and budget.
• Serve as main contact between owners and clients to ensure fair transactions.
• Arrange site visits with strong customer service.
• Negotiate and prepare relevant documents.
• Source and handle customer referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Represent the company at networking events, open houses, and exhibitions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and listing information.

• Provide site trips and oculars with excellent customer service
• Negotiate and prepares relevant documents
• Source and work customer referrals
• Meet the required sales target monthly
• Represent the company in key networking events, open house, exhibitions and others
• Ensure confidentiality of company and listing information
