Qualifications

Job PurposeThe Leasing Agent & Market Coordinator is responsible for leasing residential properties, maintaining strong occupancy levels, and supporting the company’s property marketing and market intelligence efforts. This position serves as a point of contact for prospective residents and plays an important role in ensuring our available properties are professionally presented, accurately marketed, and competitively positioned in the local rental market.The ideal candidate is an organized, personable, and proactive individual with strong customer service and communication skills and an interest in real estate, leasing, marketing, and the local housing market.
