Job SummaryThe Sales and Leasing Manager reports to a Regional Vice President to manage the leasing operations and support the financial performance of a portfolio of MAA apartment communities within a market. Primary scope of responsibility includes ensuring the delivery of personalized leasing experiences to potential residents; escort of prospects to multiple locations for scheduled tours; completion and audit of post-tour follow-ups; efficient lease application processing. This role will also organize and deploy targeted lead recovery campaigns to help boost conversion and lead engagement at properties of concern in coordination with digital marketing and lead generation partners.The successful candidate will embody and work to reinforce MAA’s Core Values.
