Job summary

Real Estate Group is seeking a Sales & Leasing Agent to guide prospects through home buying and leasing, from initial tour to closing. This consultative, relationship-focused role involves property tours, overcoming objections, coordinating financing and applications, and helping customers find housing solutions that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-based sales role with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in high-volume sales environments such as automotive, retail, telecommunications, home improvement, furniture, insurance, real estate, or related fields.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers quickly.
• Comfort discussing financing, pricing, and payment options.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active customers.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Real estate, leasing, or property management experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective buyers and renters for scheduled appointments and walk-in visits.
• Conduct engaging property tours and educate customers on available homes, pricing, financing, and community amenities.
• Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best housing options.
• Guide customers through the application, financing, and approval process while maintaining consistent communication.
• Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure transactions move efficiently from contract to move-in.
• Prepare and review contracts, payment information, and transaction documents with accuracy.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of active prospects and consistently follow up to maximize conversion rates.
• Record customer interactions, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and applicable housing regulations.
