Qualifications

• 2+ years in commission-based sales with quotas.
• Experience in high-volume sales environments (e.g., real estate, retail, auto, telecom).
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers quickly.
• Comfort discussing financing, pricing, and payment options.
• Excellent organizational skills; multitask with many active customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective buyers and renters for appointments and walk-ins.
• Conduct property tours; educate on homes, pricing, financing, and amenities.
• Build rapport; identify needs; recommend housing options.
• Guide customers through applications, financing, and approvals; maintain communication.
• Coordinate with lenders and teams to move transactions from contract to move-in.
• Prepare/review contracts, payment info, and documents accurately.
• Maintain an organized pipeline; follow up to maximize conversions.
• Record interactions, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering great service.
• Ensure all transactions comply with policies and housing regulations.
