Summit Business Group is seeking a Trainer - Sales and Leadership Representative to drive growth in our sales force and mentor new agents. The role combines field sales responsibilities with leadership development, training, and performance coaching within a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills and is motivated to inspire others while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small/medium businesses in your territory; sell B2B benefits.
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Schedule appointments to present supplemental benefits programs to employees.
• Report daily sales stats to the team.
• Submit weekly work schedule and goals to the team leader.
• Attend business networking events to generate leads and referrals.
• Re-service existing client accounts periodically and update CRM weekly.
