Summit Business Group in Wayne, PA is seeking a Sales Representative and Field Trainer to drive in-person B2B sales and to train and mentor a growing sales team. You will lead by example, build relationships with decision makers, and present our supplemental insurance programs to clients in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years professional experience; leadership experience valued.
• Strong sales skills and ability to mentor or lead others.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium businesses in your territory, selling B2B.
• Build relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Connect with key decision makers and schedule presentations of supplemental benefits.
• Report daily sales stats and track goals weekly with the team leader.
• Attend business networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
• Re-service existing client accounts and enter data into CRM weekly.
• Balance selling with training/mentoring new sales agents on the team.
