Summit Business Group is seeking an energetic Sales Representative and Field Trainer to drive client growth and mentor new agents in the field. You will conduct daily in-person calls with small and medium businesses, lead group presentations, and help expand our benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years post-high school work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong sales skills and mentorship/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory; selling B2B.
• Build strong professional relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Connect with key decision makers and schedule presentations of our supplemental benefits to employees.
• Report daily sales stats; update team leader on schedule and goals weekly.
• Attend business networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
• Re-service existing client accounts periodically and update CRM weekly.
