Hireverse is seeking Management Trainees for a hands-on program focused on sales, customer engagement, team development, and business operations. Trainees start with fundamentals of sales and customer acquisition, then progress into leadership and management responsibilities.

The role emphasizes growth through training, mentorship, and performance-based opportunities, with a path toward advancing into leadership positions. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition
• Represent products and services through direct, face-to-face customer interactions

• Develop effective sales strategies and communication techniques
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
