Valley Surge Marketing is seeking motivated individuals to join as Sales & Management Trainees - Entry Level. The position is full-time and involves working at our retail partners’ locations across the region, delivering hands-on marketing and sales support.

You’ll be cross-trained in leadership development, including interviewing, training, team building, time management, and personal and professional growth, with clear pathways to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, brand promotions, or retail.
• Willingness to work weekends and full 40-hour weeks.
• Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
