Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) seeks a motivated Sales and Business Leadership Trainee at our Ventura, CA location. The program exposes you to IT/Network, Cyber Security, Process Automation, AI and Solar while building essential sales and leadership capabilities.

You will participate in on-the-job, classroom, and home-study training, with mentoring and multiple rotations through warehouse and office environments, to prepare you for leadership and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by start date or in pursuit for interns.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day.
• Lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
