Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is seeking candidates for its Management Trainee – Non Exempt program in Eau Claire. Trainees will rotate through warehouse, sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and more, with a goal to run a multi-million-dollar location after completion.

Training lasts 2–3 years with in-house and online courses, plus travel and relocation flexibility. Ideal candidates are sales-minded, have strong communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities
