Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Manager in Training to join a fast-growing team. This two-quarter track teaches our proven selling system and prepares you to lead by example as you sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.

You will mentor new reps, run trainings, and drive culture and performance while aiming for $2M+ annual revenue. Expect uncapped earnings, weekly pay, and a clear path into leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or related industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and elite closing.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture.
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings.
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance.
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers.
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
