Job summary
Home Genius Exteriors is launching a 2-Quarter Management Track with a focus on building a leadership pipeline in nationwide home improvement sales. The first quarter centers on mastering our sales system and closing high-ticket projects (windows, roofing, siding, gutters, doors).
The second quarter emphasizes mentoring, team leadership, and onboarding new top performers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in home improvement sales, a $2M+ revenue track record, and a drive to lead and grow teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales success within home improvement or similar industry.
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or elite closing percentages.
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
- Strong communication and leadership potential; competitive mindset.
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Master our in-home sales system.
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
- Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
- Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching.
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings.
- Drive team culture, accountability, and performance.
- Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers.
