Job summary

Hudson’s Furniture in Sanford, FL seeks a driven Sales Manager in Training to learn our sales process on the floor and progress into leadership within 6–12 months. You’ll guide customers, close deals, and develop leadership skills while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You’ll participate in a structured development program, enjoy strong earning potential with uncapped commissions, and contribute to a culture built on care, growth, and teamwork. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience or success in a performance-driven environment.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence approaching customers, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Coachable and willing to master our sales process before leading others.
• Motivated by performance-based earning potential.
• Available to work weekends and peak retail periods.
