You will first excel on the sales floor, building relationships, closing sales, and hitting performance goals. The program is designed to develop leadership skills to lead a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in a results-driven environment.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence approaching customers, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Coachable and willing to master our sales process before leading others.
• Motivated by performance-based earning potential.
• Available to work weekends and peak retail periods.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs.
• Recommend furniture and design solutions.

• Present financing and protection plan options.
• Follow up with customers and build repeat and referral business.
