Home Genius Exteriors in Holly Springs, NC is seeking top-performing sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training role. This two-quarter track helps you master our proven sales system, demonstrate results, and step into leadership in a fast-growing company.

You will sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors to homeowners, build a career with uncapped earnings, and receive weekly commissions, leadership coaching, and a clear path from sales representative to Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue or elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Master our in-home sales system and sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example and set performance and culture standards.
• Mentor and coach new sales reps through ride-alongs and training.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings.
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance.
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers.
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
