You have retail leadership experience, excel at coaching, and prioritize detail, teamwork, and goal attainment to grow store performance and guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and coach the team to meet service standards and guest needs.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to maintain staffing levels.
• Set goals, give real-time feedback, and celebrate performance.
• Execute visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising.
