Justrite Manufacturing Co LLC seeks a Sales Vice President - Chemical Safety to lead the commercial strategy for the Chemical Safety unit. This role drives revenue growth, builds a scalable pipeline, and collaborates across Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to align priorities and execution.

The VP will lead a cross-functional sales organization, develop strategic accounts, and oversee channel partnerships to expand market share across priority markets in the United States.

• Leadership experience leading a large, multi-channel sales org.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and gross profit.
• Ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales strategy aligned with business-unit objectives.
• Set annual/quarterly targets by channel, geography, and product.
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Build executive relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Oversee channel, distributor, and IMR relationships.
• Drive market expansion and new product adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Finance.
• Manage sales budget and resource allocation.
• Track KPIs and forecast accuracy with data-driven actions.
• Serve as the commercial voice of the customer within leadership.
