Chico's FAS is seeking a Sales Lead in Eagan, MN to support store leadership and mentor the sales team. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment and drive brand standards, ensuring memorable experiences for shoppers.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, while promoting team collaboration and omni-channel initiatives across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
