GO Car Wash in Jarrell, TX is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead to act as the on-site leader when managers are not present. You will oversee daily operations, greet customers, and drive membership sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash following SOPs.
• Greet customers warmly and drive membership sales using scripts.
• Guide vehicles into the wash and explain our process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach teammates and enforce safety and sales scripts.
