GO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead in Leander, TX to serve as the on-site manager when senior leaders are away. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership sales, and ensure policies are followed. This role develops you toward a Team Leader position.

You will open/close the site, greet customers, train teammates on scripts, and maintain cleanliness and safety while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash per SOPs
• Lead by example to greet customers and upsell memberships
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash and explain processes

• Address customer issues and escalate when needed; support coaching of teammates
