Job summary

Lane Bryant in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans.

Your leadership helps ensure operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential. With your operational knowledge, you’ll seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed and guide your team to success with store leaders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including operating store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of our products to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders.
• Assess daily schedules to maximize productivity and payroll.
• Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks.
• Assist onboarding of new associates and support brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
