Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales results. You will model the Vans voice, coach associates, and foster an inclusive, authentic store environment that reflects our brand values.

The role focuses on driving sales through personalized engagement and team performance, with the possibility of stepping in for store leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Able to stand and move around the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and assist in meeting store sales goals.
• Monitor progress against key targets and provide feedback to the team.
• Coach and supervise associates; provide direct feedback and support.
• In the absence of a manager, help cover store operations and opening/closing tasks.
