Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game by delivering next-level customer experiences and promos.
• Lead piercing operations training and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep store displays fresh and easy to shop.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and tips.
• Represent the brand and drive product recommendations.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share Claire's hauls on social media.
