Job summary

The ALDO Group in Miami is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales and mentor associates on the floor. You will lead by example, meet sales targets, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across channels when management is not on the floor.

You will coach team members, share insights with store management, and keep visual merchandising sharp while supporting store operations and a fashion-forward team focused on growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
