Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead in Tallahassee, FL who will drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and acts as a floor leader when management isn’t on duty.

The ideal candidate combines a fashion-forward mindset with hands-on retail experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to keep operations smooth during busy periods. A strong work ethic and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
