ALDO Group in Allen, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive sales and support the team on the floor. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure a superior shopping experience for every customer.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of retail leadership experience, and a passion for fashion. You must be available for day, night, and weekend shifts, with the ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
