Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to join our retail team in the United States. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across channels.

You’ll step in when management isn’t on the floor to keep operations running smoothly and targets on track. Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of hands-on retail leadership, a passion for fashion, and a proactive, people-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with the ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Able to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs (≈16 kg) during busy days.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights with store management to improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Assist with day-to-day operations like restocking and back-store tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part‑Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
