Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Florida to guide the in-store experience and help patients choose eyewear and care options. You will drive daily sales goals, train teammates, and ensure best-in-class service through product knowledge and a welcoming attitude.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other)
• ABO Certification can substitute for experience
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet eye care needs
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through continued training
• Handles day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
