Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our store, driving the customer journey and meeting eyewear needs with care, style, and confidence.

As a part-time role in Cape Girardeau, MO, you will push daily sales goals, share optical knowledge, and mentor team members while delivering exceptional patient experiences. ABO certification or 12 months optical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary.
• ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Execute day-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

The Role:

A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.
