Visionworks is hiring a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience and ensuring eyewear needs are met with a bold, human approach.

The role requires optical knowledge, customer service focus, and a commitment to daily sales goals while supporting merchandising and inventory processes at our location.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO certification.
• Customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals through the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
