Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach, FL. You will supervise the team, model customer-centric service, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a role model, you will drive team goals, coach teammates, manage operations, and contribute to a positive store culture through collaboration and leadership. Regular/Part-time, on-site role with benefits as described.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Lead, Palm Beach Outlets to join our team located at our Store 5477-Palm Beach Outlets-Soma-West Palm Beach, FL 33401.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

The impact you can have

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.

What you’ll bring to the role
