Job summary

Soma in Palm Beach is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and deliver hospitality-driven experiences that reflect our brand culture.

You will coach staff, manage store operations such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and communicate brand priorities to drive goals in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.

You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support.
